Hourly Rate
As you will note from the above pricing guide, our technicians charge at a rate of $ 160.00 including GST per hour, charged in increments of 15 minutes.

Warranty on our services
Macro service carries a 90 day warranty on labour services and parts used, unless specifically varied in writing on our invoice.
Warranty will be limited to the work performed for the customer and does not extend to associated parts.
Where services are outsourced (such as iDevice repairs) our service centre's warranty will apply. Typically our service centres follow similar warranty terms.
Antivirus services are excluded from this 90 day warranty as re-infection cannot be controlled or limited by Macro once the device has left our premises.

iDevices - Apple devices including iPod / iPad / iPhone. Let Macro assist you with setting up your new device.
Computers - Apple computers including MacBooks, iMacs and Mac Pros, Let Macro assist you with setting up your new computer.
Configuration - Email, iCloud, Photo sharing. You name it, we can get it up and running in a flash.
Repairs - Broken the glass, dropped it, or took it swimming and now it doesn't work, Macro can assist you with getting a solution to your devices problems.
Insurance Assessments: Macro will be happy to perform in inspection and insurance report on request and assist you with the repair or replacement of your device.
