Went in this morning feeling pretty down re iPad issues.
My 7yr old iPad showed for weeks I needed to enter my password. Didn't work doing that so still red notice showing on Settings. Have had a few passwords for Apple over many years so very frustrating.
Last week I bought a new iPad. Data transferred between iPads then got notice - can't continue. Couldn't access iCloud, etc, etc.
Andrew listened patiently, checked a few things with me, did some things on my old iPad then all was fine!! No red notice on Settings. He also finished the transfer from my old iPad to my new one.
Excellent work and he was so good lowering my anxiety! I left feeling very happy.

Needed to ask a question regarding how to recover a security locked iPhone. The nice lady who spoke with me for a couple of minutes, shared her knowledge freely and left me more hopeful than when I arrived.
02Jun2022 - Went in to thank the nice lady for the advice she gave. It resulted in being able to recover and restore a completely locked out iPhone 11 albeit with an updated IOS which changed the "look & feel" of the iPhone (much cheaper than buying a new one)

We purchased an Apple computer from Macro and are absolutely thrilled with the service we received.
We first went to (department store name removed), but they were going to charge us heaps to setup the email and get the computer up and running and they didn't sound like they knew what they were talking about.
When we talked to Andrew nothing was a problem, we bought the MacBook Pro laptop and the AppleCare warranty because we travel a lot and Andrew setup everything,
even our email worked without any hassles (we have been having major hassles with not being able to send emails when away from home) and now it just works.
We came back with a few questions about the iCloud and Andrew showed us how it worked with our iPhone and the fact that it had already been setup to work that way, and all it cost us was a cup of coffee for his time.
Thanks to both Andrew and Nicole for what has to be the best service we have ever encountered, we can see why you won that customer service award.
